Megamania

Samuel is now very strong and healthy again and now back in daycare one day a week. He seems now to have built up good immunity to other bugs which is great! We took him to Megamania today as a treat which is an indoor activity playground suitable for babies 6 months and up. Samuel had a great time especially sitting in the toy cars whilst we pulled him along. He didnt like the floating balls much though and cried. I probably would have cried too, they didnt look to exciting or stable for that matter! Our little boy never stays shy for long and was soon up exploring and playing with other children!

Brave Boy

Photo of Samuel after his immunisation, after screaming, after sleeping, after eating.

Samuel finally had his 3rd lot of immunisations today. He had been sick with viral infections since the end of December thanks to daycare and the parents who continue to send their children every week even though they are sick :(. He was such a brave boy, much more brave than his mother who refused to hold him whilst he was being jabbed ouch! He is now having a much needed sleep, my brave strong boy!

Yay For Samuel!

Samuel stood up today for the first time! Most exciting! He's a strong willed little man who gets his exploring side from daddy and his determination from mummy. I just know he will be walking soon! I will post a pic of him standing up as soon as he does it again.

Samuel Celebrating Mummy's Birthday

Yesterday Samuel, my husband and i went to Speers Point Park for a bbq to celebrate my birthday with friends. Samuel enjoyed being sociable with everyone, especially the children. Afterwards we went to a friends house for dinner and Samuel got to play with other tots his own age. He most enjoyed the kids toy train set and kept pulling the train off the tracks and laughing hysterically and getting most upset if i took it off him! (I was concerned he might break the toy). I must get him one! This picture, although doesn't coincide with the same day, makes me wonder whether this is where his fascination with toy trains started from!
